I used all my 160 gold bars to finish the level but the final cherry wouldn't drop.
I want my bars back and my unbeaten run rewards, then fix the problem so i continue.

Hey support, same issues happened to me, wasted all good bars, definitely lots and lots and lots of combo but it didnt work
Can you fix this and is it possible to get the gold back please?

2nd try and it was a breeze despite losing all streak bonus. Definitely a bug. On the first buggy playthrough, I did at least 10x the amount of combo. It feels like I cleared close to 100x candies than 2nd playthrough.
It looks like it is a nightmarishly hard level and some levels only drop cherries after a certain number of moves. This level may be very tight, so you will have to play carefully.

As soon as I received your report I checked the level on different platforms and I was sure there was no problem with cherry drop in the level.
As you mentioned, there may be issues if your game app is not updated version or there is an error in your game app. In that case you can try the level again by following the simple steps below and I hope you do not face the same problem again.
Check app update - Log out game - Restart device - Open game and Log in.
Since there is no deal in our Community with items used or lost from the game, you need to contact our player support for such issues.
