You really need to stop changing the game. The sound effects are horrible. The conveyor belt you have now made sound like fingernails down a chalk board, & now today that bouncing/pinging noise the candies make when the come onto the board. It is getting so annoying. I have already turned the music off, and have lowered the volume. Plus the harsh flashing of the matches...I'm sure anyone with epilepsy or prone to seizures can't play anymore because of that. The game and sound effects were fine!!

Hi, thanks for writing. After a recent release the landing sounds shouldn't be so harsh anymore. The loud conveyor belt sound will be addressed in a release in the upcoming weeks.

Thank you. There is no need for the "bouncing" of the candies when they drop, nor that sound effect. And especially the conveyor belt!!! Oh My Goodness.....it is really bad.
Hopefully the flashing gets addressed as well. That cannot be good for people who are prone to seizures!!!
It's supposed to be fun and relaxing to play. Not where you have to turn off music and sound effects. It hasn't been enjoyable at all.

I have the sounds and music turned OFF for a reason. How can I keep the promotionals from blaring off

The sound effect changes have taken a lot of enjoyment out of the game for me. Example: The big crash of thunder when you use a candy bomb is no more.

King you had a good thing going with all the original sounds. The candy actually Sounded like Candy crushing and cracking. We loved it!! Now the sounds are weak and not exciting at all. There is water and chirps. Come on this is not just for children’s but adults too. Please don’t fix what isn’t broken. Please bring back the old sounds or at least give multiple options. I don’t enjoy playing like I use too now. Music is not too good either.

The in-game sound stops working after a few rounds and when it does work, you I can barely hear them.

The new "pinging" noises the game makes now is HORRIBLE.....what was wrong with the original sound effects!!!
This just sound like things popping under water...not at all like candy crushing!!!
