i try to do the score and progression sync throught king.com/games to sync my facebook progress in candy crush saga with king account but i get this error

It doesn't work i get the error shown above in the screenshot
Make sure you have a stable connection. If that don't work, please follow my steps.
Log out of the Facebook app in the game and also log out of the Facebook app itself. Then go to your mobile browser and log out of Facebook here. Restart the device and log back into the correct accounts. This should ensure that the game connects to the right account.

When you are logging out of these accounts make sure you are saving these games with your email address and password in both devices so that you can log back in with the same email address and password as this is how King Games saves your game progress and your game...as I hope this helps you out my friend....removing the app and reinstalling them on both devices and, making sure you have 2 gigs of free space is needed for you to have enough room for the games...
