Lost all my progress after connecting to facebook

I've been playing Candy Crush Saga for almost two years and I had great fun. I play at an Android tablet and I'm currently at level 1650 or higher. I never connected to Facebook, but yesterday, by mistake, my boyfriend did it and I lost all my progress.. I returned back to level 1. Can you help me, please? I spent so many hours (and some money) in this game ..., I still enjoy it and I'll never be able to recover from this loss. Thanks Best regards,Teresa Galvão

Hi everyone, The last couple of days I'm not able to watch any ads (for extra moves or lives) :( did this feature disappear? I already tried re-installing the app, but after connecting the app to fb again, I lost some cassettes and still no ads :(
Frustration
why is it you’ve basically made it impossible to pass levels unless the player pays for extra moves??? This game has become a joke! I’ve played the level I’m on about 100 times and never came close to passing if??? Is this just a money grab at this point because it 100% feels that way!!!
In app purchases
Cannot make in app purchases. Works one day then goes for weeks with “cannot connect”. I’ve tried all the suggested fixes but nothing works! King is losing money. Please fix!
