My Candy Crush levels are gone

Hello. I have two phones. One old and one new. I manage to level up until 391 in my old phone. And I thought I wanna connect to Facebook of that 391 level progress, but it lead me to the current progress which is level 72.. I did tried to remove the app and reset the progress from Facebook, but it didn't work. I tried this for three times to make sure it was removed but then when I connect my old phone to Facebook and it appeared the level 72.. And when I didn't connect to Facebook, my 391 levels are all gone! What should I do do get it back? Please help me T_T I really want back my 391 levels
