Hello my friend as I believe that our Game Moderator @kiara_wael has given you a link where you can leave your own person comment on the issues your having with the level that you want to discuss with the Community Manager as he will contact you as he is very actively involved with several players at the same time in the Community and will be with you as soon as he can please don't fret as everyone is going to be answered within a timely manner....
