Rewards disappeared
I completed the deluxe chocolate box, but the rewards included timed boosters and I didn’t have time to play more right then, so I didn’t click “claim” when the rewards popped up. When I was able to come back to the game, the rewards had disappeared and I was back to the regular chocolate box. Is there any way to recover the rewards I earned but didn’t get a chance to use?

You did not claim the reward after completing the chocolate box quests and you missed the reward because the chocolate box was reset later. In fact, you need to claim the reward immediately after completing a challenge or quest in the game otherwise you might miss out on the reward as there is no guarantee that the reward will last forever.
