Why has the sugar stars leaderboard and event disappeared on me

@Crazy Cat Lad @Alienscar @kiara_wael @Tess92 I was playing the sugar stars event in CCS
It was in the events tab and now something has happened within the last hour or so because now the event is completely gone from ipad and android devices. I only got screenshots of the iPad showing the leaderboard . Also the score was only going up 10 points when the picture with the little girl showed 10 x 10 if Ii do the multiplication 10x 10 = 100 but as you can see in the pictires it put my score at 21 I did two new levels and got sugar stars both times it showed the little girl with 10x 10. I must have gotten another Sugar Stars and it put my score to 31 but displayed the 10x10 so with that said the total should have been 301. I did some resarc and found a statement from King about events disappearing. Please help or reload to my game which in know can be done because cc soda was able to load the evnt to my user id or reply as to why the event disappeared while I was doing it.
These are not all of the pictures I took I’m just proving that I had the event and had played for awhile.

Hello @lalopez6715 sorry I have no idea what is going on as I don't have this event in my game at the moment.
Based on what you have said the high scores don't make a lot of sense to me and I wonder if this is yet another example of King releasing a faulty event.
You are fully aware Lisa, after the previous event only rewarded you one colour bomb after mixing up collecting coloured candy with double colour bombs, how wrong King can get things.

Did you have the event at all? Did you see all of the pictures I posted. I hope @Crazy Cat Lad doesn’t compare this to an airplane crash or to human error. There is definitely something weird going on. How can people have over 7000 points when I only got 10 points per level. That would mean to get 7000 points I would have to do 700 or more levels in less than an hour

Haha that made laugh Lisa.
3 lucky stars equals 30 points per level, which equals just over 233 levels for 7000 points. No matter how you look at it that is too many for just an hours play.
Maybe, and I am clutching at straws here Lisa, the event has been removed due to the errors you have noticed. If you read that article you posted they do say removal of an event is a possibility.
Maybe that is why I haven't seen it in my game. I didn't get a chance to play until gone 21:00 BST so maybe it had been removed by then.

@Crazy Cat Lad another day wasted what was supposed to a fun contest. I have waited all day to hear back from you or one of the other moderators but no one has contacted me all day. It is now 5:15 pm pst on July 21
once again it seems as all the moderators do not reply to everyone.

Well @lalopez6715 I am just glad he has responded at all. Far too often things like this just get ignored and nothing gets done, so this is actually an improvement.
As you noted previously Cat Lad tried to blame the issues on human error last time but this sort of thing has happened on every single event since the All Stars (maybe before that) so this isn't human error it is incompetence.
As someone else has said all they need to do now is fix Sam's Streak as well.

We do indeed notice when players report issues like this and do indeed report them. I should have mentioned yesterday that it had been reported.
Players are from all over the world (GMs too). The CMs and studios are in Europe, so some of the delays in response are due to different time zones and the lag that can create, not because the Studio (or GMs/CMs) don’t care or are ignoring the problem.
