Connected to facebook to save my progress and lost everything.

I decided to connect to Facebook so my progress would be saved & also so I could play on my other devices. I immediately lost all progress & sent back to game 1. Is there any way I can restore Candy Crunch, retrieve my progress, gold bars, etc.? All games were played on my home computer, windows 10.

Gift card rewards
when I logged in I got a pop-up saying I’d won boosters, this was followed by a pop-up saying I’d won 20 gold bars. I pressed claim for both but didn’t receive them. Anybody know what these were about?
