Hello @4Shepps your screenshot only shows the level leader board and this isn't how you receive lives. Your level leader board only allows you to send lives.
For the moment though it looks like King has removed the ability to send lives in this manner and to send and receive lives you will have to use your Inbox. Your Inbox is the icon shaped like an envelope.

Well the first photo shows a bloke with a couple of drinks...
The second screenshot shows that you have 94 lives and no requests. Next time you play a level click on your life icon and then request lives from all of your friends. See if this helps.
One side effect of the storage limit that some people had/have is that they stopped sending lives.
Alternatively you can click on the Friendship tab and then select friends to send them lives individually. You can also request lives from your friends this way as well.
