Hi again @Alienscar When I click on my profile and messages the first time I have to click through the explanation of how friends work and it's the same thing.
I've had this pop up a few times, I have another screenshot from June 29.
I think it refers to the hammer you can win if you beat the troll. I wonder if anyone has beat it. Remember the issues we had awhile back with the huge jumps in scores in weekly race? I'm starting to see it again in weekly race and it's a real persons profile acting like the troll jumping up 150+ levels in less than 24 hours.
I've had large jumps in scores in Sam's streak for awhile now too. Players advancing 75 points in 1.10 minutes or completing 3 or 4 levels in the time it takes me to do one.

Morning everyone! I have notice i am getting more lives from friends i have not gotten lives from months ago. I also will mention i play every other week so my lives are definitely piled up. So i can be wrong but i did remember someone else mention it on the other thread. I think they are low on some type of technology that can store all of these lives data's so like almost everything in life right now we having small shortages of certain stuff therefore i think its the same going on for them. I will monitor more but i see the end game. They do not have to say it but i realize also that i discovered that you can play candy crush on your laptop or desktop like a couple of months ago and i have playing candy crush for years. And as we all know they took that away and then came the lives and im pretty sure they will take more features off. King is not perfect they are also going through the same issue almost everyone around the world is going through. So i think everyone should keep that in mind.

Hi @Lady_Hazel something is going on for sure. I was in 1st place in Sam's streak I cleared my game cache and when I played again I went to 0 points.
I agree with you, everyone is going through things, struggling and we all need more patience without a doubt.
I think everyone would be more understanding and patient if there was some communication or updates on these ongoing issues.
@Crazy Cat Lad used a plane analogy for an explanation so I will too. If 2 airlines have a flight canceled due to a mechanical issue who's passengers will be more understanding airline A or B?
Airline A doesn't let passengers know about the problem or their flight was cancelled and let's them sit there without explaining what's going on.
Airline B makes a announcement and explains things to them. The inbound aircraft has a mechanical issue and unable to fly. We're waiting for a replacement aircraft to arrive which will be here in 45 minutes. If you have a connecting flight please proceed to the ticket counter for rebooking.
Airline A passengers will be irate!
Airline B passengers will be more understanding. They communicated the issue with passengers and explained what was being done to fix the issue.

@Kerrie Yes, i love that example. King has all of our email they should have brought in someone to write a nice email to all their supported customers explaining to us what they are going through and the changes that will take place months in advance. Little do they know if they did that alot of their loyal customers would come out to support even if they did not come out and ask for help or more support. I think it goes over our head that even if a business is establish for years that nothing can come in their way and that is exactly what is happening to alot of establish businesses. This is all out of our control so therefore everyone should be open minded to helping and communication. King just needed to communicate that is all. We all would have listen.

When we send lives to friends does it take them from our saved lives total?
I wrote down how many lives I had in my 2 accounts, I only signed into one today. I had 445 lives on July 31 today Aug 1 it's down to 292.
Can you please explain why it keeps taking lives away? My other account total fluctuates down when I sign in the first time but not by this much.
