Trophy Rounds on Mobile Phones

I will see the trophy round available like the special helmet round and I will start playing the trophy round and it will say 36 hours left to play; however when I stop playing the game and candy crush restarts the trophy round will have disappeared and will not reappear until the next trophy round is offered, even if it says 36- 70 hours left, how can I stop this from happening, is there a fix?

    Hello Johnny,

    I open candy crush using OS 10.2.1 on an iphone, The trophy round will appear at the beginning when I open Candy Crush, I am connected and logged in through facebook and the app so it can track my progress, the latest Trophy was the helmet and it lets me play for a couple of hours, when I stop playing and the game restarts, the trophy round will disappear and is no longer available for me to play although the last time I looked it said I had 36+ to play.  

    I have closed out the game and restarted it and the trophy rounds do not reappear until a new trophy round appears

    Thank you for the further information.

    Unfortunately there is not much I can do. This is a newer event that is being tested. It could be that it has been removed from your game and given to another player for example. You can read about this here:

    This does not answer the question as it happened again and when I deleted the app and reloaded on my phone the rounds and dexters trophy round reappeared- but I lost all of my data on my phone
