Lost all levels on candy crush saga, help!!

Hi King, I went to play candy crush saga but realised that the app had somehow been deleted. I lost all my progress - I was up to approx. level 470. Is there any way this can be restored for me? I did not back the game up with an email, facebook or through the kingdom! however I did spend some money on the game using my apple ID so you may be able to track it through there? hoping you can help me out, thanks.

Hi, Can you help me too? I was playing Candy Crush via facebook... It worked okay in the morning, but tonight it looked weird and said it's downloading and after that I was in the level 1. I was over 2200 before that.

I had to upgrade my phone - lost everything and back to level 1. I worked back to 400+ but I paid to move on levels and refuse to pay more. Can I be reinstated to my level of not far from 2000? Can't remember exactly where I was

I lost all my progress, as well. I was at level 2020 and now I'm at level 1! this only happened on my PC, on my Android phone I'm still on level 2020.
