Not receiving extra moves on failed levels was receiving up to 35
also no friends showing to send lives on each level
Your complaint about not receiving the extra moves after failing a level has been made by quite a few people this last four weeks or so @swati19. Personally speaking, once more than ten people have complained about the same problem then the cause of the problem is likely to be a deliberate move by King rather than the result of any 'testing'. Keep an eye on the threads and if you see more complaints about the same thing then you know that the extra moves have been removed on purpose. If you don't see any more complaints then unfortunately PummyRaj is likely to be right and you have just lost your turn with the feature.

Those extra moves you used to collect after losing a level multiple times is a testing feature. All testing features are temporary as they will be moved from one group to another.
You are missing it because either the test was completely switched off OR was moved another group of players. We do not have any information about it, as it is completely handled by Candy Crush game studios.
not getting extra moves after playing for almost 6 hrs on level 7031
I have the same problem, not getting any extra moves, though I have played the same level for weeks now. Neither do I get any ads to receive boosters, so my CCS-journey has reached its end. I guess this is the way they try to make players BUY boosters and moves.

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
