Did not get the prize once again for collecting the required candies

Once again I got screwed out of the prize for collecting candy again, this is just wrong. All afternoon and evening I watched the total go uo and then when it was around 9100 candies the counter disappeared and it also disappeared from the events tab. I really hope that something could be done to give me the award since I did not collect it this time. No boosters were added to my inventory

I didn't have any issues with my feature this time around, but I completed it on Wednesday.
No boosters would have been added to your inventory as you needed to collect 9500 candies.

I did collect 9500 the thing disappeared did not bring up the claim award button
