Lost all levels after finishing game

Hello! I have the same issue, I was on level 2465 (finished the game) and recently got a new phone. I tried using Facebook to change phones and now the game is on level 1 in both phones. Please help.

Ich habe mein spiel ausversehen deinstalliert, und nun muss ich ab Level1 wieder starten. Wollte das doch nicht.
