Meaning, on mobile devices the purchases and your payment details are handled by Apple on your Apple-ID or by Google on your Google Play account.
All purchases need also to be requested and approved by the player or someone that has access to their device and account.
If you have been incorrectly charged for anything, please reach out directly to the platform for help.
If you suspect that some purchases are unauthorized, then please change your pin/ password on your device and make sure a password and approval are required for all purchases. An of course, do not allow anyone to access your device.
