i can see the next level but it is just a solid colour, i cant move up yet i can see my friend has moved to the next level

It doesnt do anything when i tap on the roadblock and it doesnt give me the option to use goldbars
Can you please let me know what happens when you tap on the roadblock. Have you asked friends for help to pass or used gold bars?
i can see the levels but they are just solid colours, my friend was 2 levels behind me and because of this problem, has now passed me, i can see her but not the level properly? my phone has the latest update as does my ipad
Can you not see the further levels on any of these devices?
