I have candy crush on 3 platforms, Iphone 7, iPad Pro & mac desktop.

i have logged in my kingdom on all 3, on my mac I am on level 2421, on my iPhone 7 I am on 2420 & on my new iPad I am on level 1. I have re downloaded the app, tried via Facebook. All machines are all up to date with latest software & latest version.

my kingdom log in is correct as I've changed the password on 1 device & the new password works on the other devices. How do I sync these all together to the latest level

I have tried that, I have deleted the app, deleted Facebook, connected only via kingdom, still same issue. As soon as I log in on my iPad I only have level 28 available.

I recommend logging out of Facebook/Kingdom on all devices, including in your browser. Restart and then start the process of logging in again. This should mean that the first device shows the correct level, then this will carry over.

I recommend that you delete the app on your iPad and install it again. Then go to the settings and login to your Kingdom account. If you do not see your progress after doing this, please let me know.

Hi, WhWhen I watch a video, click on the X sometimes it opens a Web browser, but when I try to go back to the game it restart it! So each time I do lose the level. Can you help me? Many thanks

I reach 21 twice and did get a reward. I also passed a level and it said I did. i used my 10 gold bars to extend the play and used my flying saucer
