why is the game constantly asking for permission etc

every level, every time I try to get a new life the game is constantly showing me how to add friends etc..... when will it stop? it's annoying and it's making me want to quit playing already! Please fix this!

It's been 2 months now, I log on, I cant see anything until I play a level then sometimes I'll get my bonus but cant see any challenges etc.... So I reboot and have to play another level to see anything again, then maybe I get to see something, and it constantly is nothing but pop ups telling me how to play, what the level is using etc.... It is beyond annoying already! This is all on my Desktop, which is where I prefer to play!
