I don't understand the reason for this. Some recent levels took me over 35 times to win. So at 20 I'm done for the day when though I have 150 lives built up? What??????

Sim, porque vc ganha boosters extras por 1 hora e não tem como jogar e perde os boosters.
Tenho boosters da caixa de chocolate, e com 20 vidas não como vezes não tem como conseguir passar de nível.

It’s most definitely pay to win. After today, most certainly pay to win. Also, pay a lot to win. I haven’t had an ad for extra lives, a climbing tree in weeks, the chocolate box levels now take 2 days to win each box etc. BUT it’s free to download, so they can access all your data.

This is terrible. I just hate it. I work long 12- hr shifts at the hospital, so on my days off, this is my “ go to” to relax and unwind. There are days that I play all day just for “ me time”. I know I won’t be spending money anymore if I’m not able to use what I buy! Bad idea guys!

I'm glad I'm not the only nurse that does this! On my first day off, this game is, (or was) how I unwind from the hustle and bustle of the the ER. Limiting lives is ridiculous, especially when I've earned my free hour of rewards and can't even use them! What a downgrade to the whole game. Not sure I'll be playing anymore.
