Competition, striped candy 06/12

My question was marked as a duplicate, but it pertains to a contest that ended early this morning, 06/12/2017. I cannot find a resolution anywhere else and am very frustrated having spent several hours attaining first place in the competition. I would like to know how to resolve this issue so that I can get the prizes awarded.

I do not have a screenshot of it. It ended at about 3 am central on the date mentioned. It was the whale character,I think, and the point was to collect striped candy. I had around 4000 collected.

Could you please provide a screenshot of the event that you were playing as our records do not show that there was a Striped Candy Competition on the date mentioned.

I do not have a screenshot of it. It ended at about 3 am central on the date mentioned. It was the whale character,I think, and the point was to collect striped candy. I had around 4000 collected.
