Hi everyone,
Well, i have updated my candy crush to a new version just about 15 minutes ago and this happened to me, pls look at the pictures.
I have lost every items like boom, fish and so on. I dont know what is that, is a bug or this will happen to all update the game??
pls help me to answer this and tell me the way to fix this, i want everything in my inventory come back 🥲

I have had this happen to me also and I was told that any rewards you have not paid for can not be replaced.

At first, I thought you lost your boosters. 2nd screenshot suggests something else though.
Coincidentally, I did this episode just yesterday. There are a couple of levels in this episode which don't allow the use of pre-level boosters, excl. new power pops and ad bonus if available. In addition, failing does not affect your win streak, which means no streak bonus can be utilised either.

Oh, this sux! I would be very upset if they told me this. Everything we get is paid for one way or the other - be it with our time playing, watching ads, gold bars or real money. It's totally disrespectful towards players. Unless they technically can't tell what items we had that weren't "purchased".

Some levels wont let you use any boosters. Mostly those levels are new mode model levels.
