While playing level 2169 I couldn't collect my sugar drop bonus. FB app said I have no internet connection when I was on FB playing.
How can that be when the lives from friend's were there today when I had to do a pc reboot. So how can over 30 lives from friend's disappear?
There was nothing ever wrong with my internet connection, as all my other King games were fine with the exception of CC.
After I rebooted my pc all my extra lives from friend's were gone.

The error message says you have no internet connection, so logic would say to check your internet settings correct?
There are no issues with the game from our side so I'm trying to help you out.
There are some other steps here that might help:
It has nothing to do with my connection if I am already on the internet through my modem, and ISP. If I am playing online through FB then how can I not be connected?

In the last two days the ads have stopped working. If you get a chance to view ads for extra moves the first ad works but when you select to watch the second ad it goes to run it but then the screen goes black and it then returns you to the game. This makes it very difficult and frustrating.
