I've reached the chest but don't have time for 2hr play so I just close it till later as I have done before but when I go bk its gone even though I didn't claim it ??? Very annoying

On 28 of December I paid by paysafe 2.99 for a booster pack two times and neither received the booster nor got my money back. The same happened on 30 of December with a 3.99 booster once this time
