Lost all progress after Facebook connect

Hello,

My mother had been playing Candy Crush Saga on its iPad for several years and had reached level 900 approximately.

Wanting to please him, I activated the connection with Facebook.

This had the effect of erasing all its progress. She returned to Level 1.

Can you help me please ?
