I have a Samsung Galaxy tab3 and my game was on my SD card. I uninstalled it by mistake. Is it possible to recover it at the level was 382 or do I have to start over? I wasn't playing on Facebook.Thanks for your help!
Hello,Thank you for your post.I have checked your game account and your game progress is saved and it is still available. You only need to go into the app and reconnect to the relevant Facebook account and your progress will return.To reconnect with Facebook please make sure first that you are logged in to the right account within the Facebook app/browser. Then on the home screen for Candy Crush. Tap to connect.I hope this information helps.Kind regards,Johnny

Hi, I finished 23 tickets of the Yetis Draw out of 25 , still have 2 only to reach the big prize. But all tickets disspaeared on the board game and not appearing near the level number anymore. Where did they go ?
Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
