I'll explain why you failed to pass this level.
To pass this level you must first accumulate the chocolate at the bottom, you will notice that the maximum you can accumulate will be 9 squares but the order asks you for 10. Once you fill the bottom row of chocolate, destroy one with a candy vertical stripes at the top of the table, this way the chocolate will accumulate again and you will be able to complete the order.
From your screenshot I can see that you destroyed the chocolate too quickly, which is why you were unable to complete the order.
