Someone jumped ahead of me by 27,000 points in the time it took me to replay a level 5 times.
I'm stuck on 11620 for the second day. No way for me to even catch up.π Took a screenshot to see if their score changes. I bet it won't until someone gets close or right after they move into second place.

this is an unfair challenge/game as the competitors are not on similar levels. Obviously players in under 1000 levels will have an edge over players in the 12000 level range - especially with the difficulty range . Besides the 20 live cap is frustrating. No fun in the game anymore.

I don't see the event in my game? I contacted king who said the same thing they said to me last time when i wasnt able to participate in the gold event, that I'm not part of the testing group for this event? I thought the candy cup was all inclusive? Am I missing something?

Hello @MiaT - they did initially conduct a small test of the Candy Cup Race, but now it should be available for the majority of the players. Unfortunately it is not possible for everyone to have all the events and this may be the case.
However, make sure you have the latest update to the game, clear your cache and then turn off your platform for several minutes. Once you have restarted your mobile device (or computer), open the game and see if it has appeared. You might even try and play a level. If the event still hasn't appeared then you are probably one of the players that hasn't got this event. However, there are other fun events coming so I am sure you will get to participate in some of those.

I did all the steps you recommended. Still no candy cup event for me. Sorry if this is a dumb question but how do i know if i have the latest version of the game? I've updated everything I could possibly update. I should mention that in May I bought a new android and transferred apps over to the newer phone. My last phone was very old. It's seems like ever since then, is when I haven't really been getting any of the new events.

There was a qualifying pre-event, if you did not qualify then you likely will not see this event.

I didn't get to play in any qualifying pre-event either. π The only thing I can see that's different is in my store section there's a candy cup bundle I can purchase I guess to help with the event but I don't have the event so idk y that's there.
