What happened to my progress in the Candy Cup?

I had to delete the app and reinstall to get it back again. Really annoying as the last couple of days where I’ve completed a load of levels have been wasted.

I haven't seen it on my game, yet, either. I've been updating it and playing everyday, but no sign of it, yet. It's a bit confusing. I'm playing on an Android tablet, with no problems. Maybe it's only for certain levels? I am so confuuuused! lol.

I think it might be because there are some new privacy terms to accept (I am guessing to do with data sharing for this event or something). I have also kept updating but that wasn’t enough - installing again has triggered the option to accept the new terms and all seems ok so far

You're right its so confusing! I still dont have it as of today. When I spoke to King and few others, they told me that most players received the event but a few would not. I'm not sure how they determine who gets it and who doesn't. If it's an event to see who the top players are, then you would think that EVERY player would have a chance to play and show their skills. Seems unfair.

So did you get the event after uninstalling the game and reinstalling it? I'm worried that if I uninstall and reinstall it, I will lose all my boosters and/or progress?

Maybe I should try uninstalling the app, then reinstalling. I'm kind of afraid to do that. I always think I might lose all my stuff! Thanks for the advice. :)

I have it installed on 2 devices so made sure both were synced before I tried it! Remember to use any boosters up too, as those won’t carry over if you delete and reinstall.
