Level 2585. I used to have over 500 lives now I have less than 50 and I only play on my Samsung Galaxy phone why are we not getting any more lives

If you are not receiving lives from your friends, then first check that they are sending them, then follow the steps here also:

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
