I don't think it's a computer generated answer. And I want to share this last update with you that I received from King support today.
let's hope that it will be done quickly. But I doubt it will be the case ;-(
I hope too it will be done quickly instead of loosing so many players because of this new rule that was forced on us🤦
IT CUTS THE PLAY TIME!!! IT'S LIKE THEY NEVER PLAYED THE GAME BECAUSE IF THEY HAD THEN THEY WOULD NOT HAVE CUT INTO OUR PLAY TIME BY LIMITING THE LIVES. I GET 2O LIVES A DAY!!! I BUY PACKAGES BUT IT'S USELESS TO BUY THEM NOW BECAUSE YOU CAN'T USE THEM ANYTIME YOU WANT TO.

It's the generic response support sends to everyone. They won't do anything unless there's an impact on their bottom line. I honestly don't know if there has been. Maybe there aren't enough of us complaining. Maybe most of their customers don't care. We may just be stuck with this. Maybe it's time to move on
So these people is taking us all for fools. Delete is the only option now
