Hi @DjWils74 - this specific issue has already been reported to the studio. There were issues with cherries not dropping on several different levels. I have been told this was supposed to be fixed and in fact I played a cherry level this morning and it said I had gathered them all, when I still had 4 on the board.
If you have just played this level and still have an issue, then it appears all the issues have not been fixed. I will report this again.

I am also having issues with this level. I had a very long streak and since I was wasting my boosters and nothing was happening I got out and I lost several things. What is there to do? Do we now just sit and wait? Is the king going to give our streak and boosters back??
This issue is still not fixed. I believe I reported the problem on Monday and still not fixed. I've reported to every help center and Facebook page, in app store. Everything!
Also I've seen so many follow up posts from administrators that these comments should be posted in the help center for the specific game. Unfortunately you can't post there. It's just a list of FAQ.
The studio has done some additional work on level 1884 and it should be fixed now. Make sure you have the latest update, clear your cache and then restart your device (make sure it is turned off for a few minutes).
