I downloaded the new version of candy crush and lost 200 chocolate bombs and a lot of other boosters

Question

I would like to know if I could get my boosters back? I don't get to play the game very much, so it took me around four years to obtain a lot of boosters.  Also, since I've been playing the new version, I don't get boosters anymore for logging in everyday.  I only received two color bombs and a few other things and then the game stopped accumulating them as I logged in everyday.  Thank yout in advance.

Hi Mary- Thanks for posting on King Care. I am really sorry that you have lost your boosters, I can understand your frustration. Please note that the boosters are saved to your device and not the game data, so you can use them when offline too. This does mean that any updates, crashes or device changes can cause these items to be lost.

For this reason we do not recommend storing too many of the won boosters as these can indeed be lost unlike Gold Bars.
