Candy Crush reset to level 1

I don't think I've ever had my candy crush synced to my Facebook. I created my account with email & password. I haven't played in a month & just opened it and my game has reset. I was at level 198 (I think) and I had 19 gold bars (I know) that I'd purchased. 

Now everything is reset. Level 1. Zero gold bars. 

Please help!!!
