Hello @Simmy56 I am sorry to say that the 'can't connect to app store' problem is a long standing issue that still persists even after we have all been told that the issue has been fixed
You can try contacting Player Support for help, but generally the fix seems to be removing and replacing your app. You should know though that when you remove your app you will lose all of your boosters and saved lives
