What to do if game can't connect with game app even if connected to wifi or data

I also have this problem playing from the windows app. It's thanks to this that I'm stuck on level 12601 and have been for a week. I once got so close, I decided to buy some gold bars, but.... just got the wait, wait, wait and nothing happened.

I believe that reinstalling the game app should help solve the issue. This can sometimes happen when the game app loses connection to our server, and the only way to solve this is to reinstall the game app.
This will mean that any saved lives and boosters will be lost, but at least we'll solve the connection issue 😉
Let us know how it goes after trying it.
So how do I reinstall the app when I play through Facebook? I don't want to play on my phone, just my laptop
