The level on my frame still says 10,000 but I'm at Level 12,000. Why isn't it updating?

Hello @llovett728 your banner hasn't been updated because there is no banner awarded for completing levels 11000 and 12000

I like playing 11000 so I replay it almost every day.🤷 Hopefully they made 12000 too.🤞

Same here. No 10,000 banner and now I have crossed 11,000 and still have a 9,000 banner

Hello, the 11,000 and 12,000 banners have been added. All you need to do it go back and complete that level again to receive it :)

I repeated Level 10000 many times; still no update

Hello. I’ve been waiting for my frame to update from 9,000 to 10,000. I’m currently at 10,392. I replayed 10,0000 as suggested. Then I logged out and back into the game, but the frame hasn’t updated. Is there something else that I can do for it to update? Thanks!
