I don't believe these "still being tested" excuses... months and sometimes years after a feature has been launched. It's ridiculous.
May I suggest you tried a VPN service to route your traffic through a different country? This way you'll hopefully get ads back if not Cinema as well.
I honestly don't wanna believe this is intended. Paying players gotta be rewarded, thus encouraged to spend more, not punished. I don't get it, really.
Donndie, I'm with you - no way still being tested. My friends are still getting the videos every play. I haven't received since I made a purchase. Game use to be fun, but cannot win most levels without a booster and I can't afford to buy, it's a game geez.
I do not know how to try a VPN service. I've been a long time play but guess it's time to quit the game. Its a scam, don't purchase anything people or you will never get videos or free boosters aftrwards!
Btw, I've noticed that ads don't work after you log in/relog. Weird but it's a fact. Simply restarting the game seems to fix that but I'm sure this is not the case. Another thing I've noticed is ads come is batches of 8-9 - often enough to clear the whole Cinema board. Ad services are interconnected though, so better "save" ads until you're done with your current episode/level. Anyway, I doubt these pieces of information will help those in after-purchase trouble, which I still believe to be a bug.
