I made a purchase in Candy Crush on my Fire Tablet and the game bombed just after the purchase. I didn't receive anything. I purchased again because I assumed I hadn't been charged, but when I checked my Amazon account I was charged. I need a refund for that purchase.

Your links don't work for me as I'm in Canada. It's been hours since I placed my order and I had already followed all of your suggested steps before posting here. I don't see any way to request a refund for an in-app purchase on Amazon.
Please provide an email address so I can contact someone who can fix my issue rather than sending me to links that don't help me. @kiara_wael
