I won Candy Royale two days ago and I didn't get any Golden bars. I wrote an email to King's support but they haven't answered. It's really not fair.

Same here. Not for the first time, though. Last time I won but did not receive around 90 gold bars. I won in candy royale. This time I am angry as it was 159 bars! I wrote to game support, let's see what happens.
