Please rest assured that King does not condone this behavior in our games. Our games teams are constantly working on improving our games and finding ways to stop cheating.
If the score belongs to a Facebook friend, you can de-friend them via the Facebook app to remove their high score from your game.
Know that we have passed on your information along with the screenshots you have provided for the team to investigate. The team does check the winning players to see if they have been playing fair and square, and rest assured that they would not award someone who has not been playing by the rules 🤨

I agree with all of these evidence... I have also faced this situation....but however, I played 3309 tons of times to keep my place.

that would be 5k per minute! not possible!
@bellablock It is so difficult to prove when someone is cheating I find as some people pay for unlimited lives and booster packages, so they never lose a level. This can make a big difference to your scores in an Event such as Candy Cup.
I would say 5k per minute is feasible, but a lot depends on the level you are playing.
During the Event I got 8,000 from level 3309 (only happened the once) and 6200 from another level.
I also read on this forum that a player logged on to several devices and lets friends/relatives play the game at the same time that they are. I wonder if this kind of tactic could be spotted by King as logging on to several devices is a legitimate thing to do.

Hi @Alienscar Did you use and boosters on 3309 when you got 8000? Do other colors drop at the end? I can't figure out how people get that many.🤬 My highest was 1990 and that's with 5 extra moves!
It's driving me crazy!🤪

There is a way Kerrie..... I got more than 8500 most of the times after playing level 3309.... What you have to do is click "Tap to skip" as fast as possible.

@QueenB I have a question on start times. Does everyone start at the same time? If my countdown timer has 1 hour till the start everyone else around the world should have the same 1 hour wait time.
Or does it start at 7am, for example, no matter what time zone you're in. So in the USA if New York starts at 7am which is 6am in Chicago they have to wait an hour to start and will be behind. But it also means if it ends at 7pm in NY, Chicago makes up by playing 1 hour longer. 🤷

I know you can sometimes do that to get a higher score. I didn't think it would do anything for the color count.🤦
