How do I get my money back? I was playing level 2693 purchased more moves and it went glitchy.

Was playing level 2693, purchased two 5 move upgrades for a total of 26 coins, and wasted several other items. When I finally beat the level I still had four moves left. It started giving me all kind of bonus candies and the level never ended. After racking up over 2 million points, I left the level. Not only did I lose all the items and money, I never progressed to the next level. This has happened to me on two other levels in the past several weeks and I didn't know how to complain. I hope this is the proper format to get some answers.

I had the same issue and I also used 10 coins to get extra moves. After 10 mins I got an error and never progressed to the next level. very frustrating.
