Why has my 30mins booster disappeared after i just recieved it 2mins before hand

Have you checked in your inventory to see if the booster's 30 minute free mode is active?
Also, which booster did you get?

I have had this problem twice with “pick a pumpkin” booster awards - won 3 30 minute boosters and only one registered. Another time I won 2x 30 minute color bombs and only 30 minutes were registered.

Thank you for the feedback . All timers in the game are real time and not playing time.
When you win or purchase any timed items like 1h Color Bombs, the time will start counting right away and will be real time.
and If you miss a reward from any other feature, please report this to our Player Support Team here and tell your Game ID there.
The screen shots are from all stats features and there are no rewards given from those.

He said he won it 2 mins earlier and it didn’t show!! Why don’t you fix your issues instead of trying to always justify it? Does anyone ever get reimbursed for your game issues?????

Hi there... Sometimes these boosters work glitchy for me too. Also, certain timed boosters do not appear on every level, so it's important to remember that!
