Level 2741 Blockers do not appear every 3 moves

The blockers appear at 8, 4 and 1 for me even if the spawner is only hit when blockers appear. In the videos I see with 5 or 6 moves the blockers are counted before and after being hit and at 1 or 2 moves the blockers are counted the same way. Here is 1 of the videos I watched.
