Someone needs to look at the glitch with the Events Tab. After playing a game it won't reopen and you have to refresh or exit the game and restart. Very annoying.

@QueenB @Peter_Tornaros I have this problem but just on Facebook not in Win 10 application. Events I prefer to do on Facebook where I can scroll faster. I also find that playing again is better than to restart the game.
@QueenB When you play on Laptop Win 10 application or on Facebook the boosters are on same place. When you play on Android the boosters you win will be just on Android, for this reason I don't play on Android device.

I recommend keeping playing through the mobile apps, which will ensure you have a better experience, as issues on the browser version take longer to investigate.

Have done that and also tried two other browsers that I rarely use. Same thing.

May I ask if you have tried clearing the cache pr and trying a different browser, if possible?

No, it is when I play on a browser on my PC. Everything is fine on the Win10 version and my iPad.
It occurs on my Firefox and Opera browsers. These are the two I use when playing through Facebook.

Do you happen to play on an Android device? If yes, we believe this issue might be related to an ongoing issue HERE which is being investigated now.
We believe that some features in the game might be affected, and it looks like the event tab is one of those features.
We understand the inconvenience this may cause, and we'll work as hard as possible and have this taken care of as soon as possible.

CCS is plummeting to the basement level of on line games and none of the Powers that be seem to care !!!!
Agreed @Peter_Tornaros the issue is mildly annoying. It has been reported by several other community members so I guess all we can do is wait and hope King fix the issue sooner rather than later.
Same here, but it is a nuisance when playing events like the Chocolate Box. Especially when you have scrolled back to earlier levels.
@Peter_Tornaros I have found that if you just play another level the Events button will work again. Well until the next time it stops working anyway.

When the game loaded a pop up came up and said I’d won a reward of some boosters, it was followed with another pop-up saying I had won on 20 gold bars. I pressed claim for both but didn’t receive. Anybody know anything about these??
I played more than 50 moves and the gane remained like this without dropping the last number till it ended
The game frequently disconnects from the internet even though there's no problem and the speed is over 8 Mbps. The game disconnects to prevent me from spending gems or paying for ads. Please compensate me for my losses.
Will I be able to solve this without paying.
