Theres no bug, Some levels may get updated after the release and therefore look different from when other players played it. .All Youtube videos are uploaded by other players and not by King. After a player uploaded their video the level may have been updated and therefore look different when you check it.
Make sure to filter your Youtube search by date to get the newest videos first and then also the most current level version.

I have the same problem. After reinstalling the game it's impossible to get 3 stars in some levels. I am sure it's bug.
Levels 16 (impossible to get 2 and 3 stars)
Level33 (impossible to get 3 stars)
Level34 (impossible to get 2 and 3 stars)
Level50 (impossible to get 2 and 3 stars)
Before reinstalling I had 150+ levels in a row with 3 stars. I tried these 4 levels 20+ times each and it's impossible to get max stars. The difference between my lvl16 and the one you posted from the vid is that I (and probably author of this post) am not getting bonus points from the jelly. 30 points per candy. Always. Even if i get many combos it wont give me bonus points. Other levels works fine. Now I finished 50 and found 4 levels with this problem. Feels like these 4 levels got 10times reduced points than other levels. Please check. Android phone, game is up to date. Reinstalling the game wont help.

100% bug here
100k needed for the first star and it's almost impossible to get 100k pointa. Most of the time I clear jelly with 80-90k points and it auto gives me 100k (1 star). Max i got is ~180k from like 25 tries. Impossible to reach 2/3 stars...

Very glad too have stumbled across this! Been stuck on level 16 for 2 weeks unable to 3 star. One round amongst the 10's of hours stuck on this starter level "16" I finished in 5 moves a near perfect run and only made 208k where 400k is needed to 3 star. Really messing with my ocd lol

This Level isn’t that hard to 3-star, I’m not sure if it was changed since this was originally posted, but it’s not hard. It’s not super easy, you just gotta get a bit lucky with cascading. Just keep playing it and I’m sure you’ll get it. I just went back and got a score of 755020 on it.
