I think all advanced players suffered from the same issue , no one had 11000
Wow I never had the 11000 badge. I only had the 10,000 and I am at level 12882.
It was working normally successfully as you see in my profile at that attached photo
May be it is a matter of a little bit time and it will work with you after another try
I passed 12000 on Friday and have replayed it 5 times throughout the day today, Saturday, and mine still shows 11000.🤷

Yes 10000 was activated on my account photo
Adidas, did you have a level 10,000 banner before you had the level 12,000?
