Why did I not receive my chocolate box rewards after completing the challenge?

Can someone please help me. This has happened before as well. I finished my chocolate box challenge whilst the network was down during load shedding. Once our power came back on and the network signal was restored, the chocolate box challenge went back to the start instead of rewarding me with my 10

Gold bars, free lives and color bomb. I am not impressed. I took me a lot of time and effort to complete the challenge. Please help.
