Sweet treat rewards doors not working

This is the second time a reward that included an hour of lives just never worked. I used the in game help to ask about it and the auto response was some bs about how messages can get lost online sometimes. My question is specifically about in game bonuses that include +1 or +2h of play - why will these bonuses not show up for me?

Several times this has happened to me in the last few days - very annoying when you spent actual money on items to get there and you don't get the unlimited lives for the time!!!
